Quartz countertops are manufactured, composed of 90% natural quartz, and 10% resins, polymers, and pigments. Through a manufacturing process, intense heat and pressure are used to form the slabs.

COUNTERTOP PROCESS

  • MATERIAL SELECTION

    This is where you get to create the countertops of your dreams within your budget and choose your specific slab in person, with the help of one of USA Granite & Marble’s sales experts.

  • Template

    After your cabinets are installed and leveled, you are ready to schedule your template. Our template is created by hand for the most accurate fit to your cabinets and walls, etc. At the time of measure, we determine the final overhang, radius, edges, and structural support.

  • FABRICATION

    With much care and precision our fabricators will cut your desired stone into the measurements that were taken at the template date, using saw machines and hand tools to ensure that the measurements are exact.

  • INSTALLATION

    Lastly, but not least important is the installation of your countertops. Once the tops are fitted into the position they are shimmed if necessary and glued in place with silicone glue.
